Billing
- Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store
- Prices may vary by region and are subject to change
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

- Food analysis is powered by Google Gemini, subject to Google's terms and policies
- We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services
- Third-party service interruptions may affect App functionality
Apple Services
- HealthKit integration is subject to Apple's terms
- iCloud backup is governed by Apple's iCloud terms
- App Store transactions are subject to Apple's terms
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
